After all, I have known the groom, Don, since the 7th grade. When he asked me to be the one to capture the most significant days of his life, I had to stumble over myself to say "yes". This was our first destination wedding with the ceremony and reception being held at the Naples Grande Resort in sunny Naples, Florida. Almost too sunny (is that possible on a wedding day?). It was hot, but pleasingly, not nearly as hot as in NJ at the time of the wedding. How often can you fly to Florida in June and actually beat the heat? Gina and Mike know how to throw a party. Everyone from their friends to their families was incredibly warm and inviting. Personable would be an understatement. We felt like part of the celebration the entire day and we have them to thank for that.
